Dropshipping / Ship From Manufacturer

Dear Customers, due to the global situation, shipping internationally from Singapore has become very expensive and therefore we have decided not to keep ready stocks for certain products; in order to make it cost effective for our customers.

As such, we have worked out with the manufacturers / brand owners to ship orders directly (Dropshipping) from their manufacturing location to our customers while allowing customers to enjoy the ease of placing orders on our platforms. Dropshipping is explained in this image below.

The products that are available for Dropshipping will have this label as attached below. Products with this label are most probably in stock* at the manufacturer and thus customers are welcome to place orders as usual.

 

* We will check with the brand about the actual stock quantities whenever an order had been made. In the event that the item is out of stock or discontinued, we will proceed with a refund
